Our full renovation was designed with sustainability in mind.
We integrate solar panels, thermal-break windows, four-season glazing, energy-saving insulation, full-building external thermal façade, LED lighting, motion and CO sensors, eco-friendly paints, and A+++ appliances.

We go further by:

 • Using solar energy and heat-pump technology for hot water and climate control
• Recovering waste heat through the innovative ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) system to produce clean electricity

• Implementing a structured recycling program and a zero-waste philosophy in our kitchen
• Irrigating our garden with rainwater and using our own herbs, fruits, and olive oil in our breakfast offerings
